What you can get back

Any payment for VidStow can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of it. That covers a first purchase of any plan, a lifetime license, and a renewal you forgot to cancel. You don’t need to give a reason.

After 14 days, payments aren’t refunded, but you can cancel a monthly or annual plan at any time and it simply won’t renew. VidStow keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.

How to ask

Email support@vidstow.com from the address you bought with, and include the order number from your receipt if you have it. You can also reply to the receipt itself. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

What happens to the license

A refunded license stops working, and downloading pauses until you buy again. Every file you already saved stays on your computer.
